I have to thank my mom for introducing me to Dr. Chen because she is amazing! She’s very knowledgeable when it comes to any issues regarding the teeth/mouth and she’s always warm and welcoming when I arrive for a visit. Any questions I may have, she answers them right away and uses terminology in a way that is easy to understand. When I had a tooth issue that required a last minute appointment, she squeezed me in and was quick to find a solution. If you're looking for a top dentist in NYC, please go to Dr. Chen. I cannot recommend Dr. Chen highly enough for anyone considering Invisalign. I began my treatment with her over a year ago, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism, patience, and a genuinely caring demeanor. Dr. Chen takes the time to listen attentively to any concerns and never pushes unnecessary procedures. She explains each phase of the treatment thoroughly, making sure you feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. I have been seeing Dr Chen for over 15 years now and still go to her to this day, even as I've moved further away, I don't mind traveling to her, because she is an expert in her practice and she has taken care of my teeth so well throughout the years. Her office has always been impeccable and warm with all the beautiful plants. Her staff warm, professional and welcoming. Her practice is thorough, she has documented my dental history so well proving so helpful with certain issues I developed recently. I also love that her approach to dentistry, is holistic rather than a silo. This was helpful in understanding how some of my stress manifested in dental concerns. I have been a patient at Dr. Chen's for about 5 years now and cannot recommend her and her office enough! Dr. Chen has always been very professional and a pleasure to see. I really appreciate how realistic she is in her practice. I have had to tackle some dental issues, ultimately getting Invisalign to correct my bite. When the issue first came up I let Dr. Chen know that I wasn't necessarily in the financial position to do that right away and she was very helpful and never pushed any product/procedures. We were able to do some short term fixes until I was able to afford the full cost (which they have helpful payment plans for!) Overall I've had really wonderful experiences with her. Shout out to Lindsey who runs the front desk as well! She's so kind and super helpful, especially when it comes to scheduling/dealing with insurance questions/finding times that work around your schedule. If you're looking for a dentist go see Dr. Chen! Office is conveniently around Grand Central. I still make the trip from Brooklyn even though I no longer work in the area! Definitely SUPER convenient if you do work in Midtown.

The best dentist in NYC! I started seeing Dr. Chen this past year after seeing the amazing work she provided my friend. Making my first appointment was the best decision I’ve ever made. Dr. Chen and her team are extremely professional, friendly, and truly care about your dental health and provided cosmetic options that I was looking for. My first visit included a full assessment (using state of the art technology) with a clear action plan to achieve my overall dental objectives. If you want a real dental professional that provides real results (and not just your normal teeth cleanings, which was the case with my previous dentist), then go see Dr. Chen.
