Great doctors but bad billing practices! The dentist was listed in my insurance as In Network. The office then confirmed she was In Network when I called. When I had my first appointment (x-rays, checkup, cleaning) on 9/8/25, it was billed as In Network and I only paid $200. Based on that appointment, I needed more work done on 10/15 and 10/27. After these appointments, they said they “switched to Out of Network” and charged me $1227. But they still billed my insurance as In Network, my insurance company has confirmed the dentist is still In Network, and I should have only paid $108. After months of calls and emails, the office administrator Mercedes now says there was a “change of ownership” and they’re not responsible for the billing issue. Patient beware! P.S. They also misdiagnosed a tooth as needing a crown, which happens, but they were made aware that same day that there was an issue, did not stop the crown fabrication, did not install the crown, and won’t refund any part of the $2780 I paid for it. And of course they claim that’s “Out of Network” as well.

Just had my teeth cleaned and polished by Dental Hygienist Diana and they are sparkling. Spoke at length with Dr Dashiff and was thoroughly impressed. Her NY professionalism is truly welcome.

I was looking for practice that offers airflow and found Miami Beach dental solutions. I came in for a cleaning., and it was a great experience. I had a lot of brown stains and my teeth look so much whiter and cleaner now. Diana (the hygienist) did a great job cleaning and And Dr. Sorren gave me a lot of tips on taking care of my teeth and what needs to be done in the future. For comparison I did teeth whitening treatment few years ago at a different dental office and my teeth were not as white as they are now after this cleaning. The powder that they used made them look like new))) I am very grateful))) this was the best dental cleaning experience I ve had so far))

Dr. Gabi Flores at Miami Beach Dental Solutions is absolutely incredible! I came in with concerns about black triangles between my teeth, and she treated them using Bio clear with amazing results – the difference is night and day. She also replaced some old composite bonding on a chipped tooth, and it now looks completely natural and flawless. Dr. Flores is not only a perfectionist when it comes to her work, but also one of the most caring and attentive professionals I’ve ever met. She’s always there to help and makes sure you feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. Big thank you as well to Micheline at the front desk – she’s so warm, welcoming, and on top of everything. The whole team at Miami Beach Dental Solutions is fantastic. Highly recommend!
